I’m a computer science researcher. I work on AI and data privacy.

I like animation, both as consumer and as creator. I started combining animation with science communication in 2007, aiming to explain topics using new ways to vividly visualize them.

In 2009 I published my first book Zuto: The Adventures of a computer virus, which is an adventure story for kids 9+. It also uses novel images (in words) to describe a digital word.
